Probe 1 was coupled to FITC, and probe 2 was coupled to biotin. Through amplification, whether it is PCR, or LAMP, CAMP, etc., as long as it is nucleic acid amplification, probes 1 and 2 will be loaded on the DNA.
Finally, the nucleic acid amplification products were chromatographed on the test paper, and were respectively captured by the anti-FITC antibody labeled on the microsphere and the streptavidin (or anti-biotin antibody) on the coated membrane.
This nucleic acid test paper uses molecular technology for amplification, connects biotin and FITC to DNA, and uses immunochromatography and sandwich method to detect DNA with biotin/FITC at both ends.

Two small molecule markers, FAM and biotin, were introduced at both ends of the probe. The anti-FAM antibody was labeled with colloidal gold, and the detection line on the NC membrane was coated with biotin-binding streptavidin,

Adjust the probe concentration to ensure that when the probe is not cut, all the colloidal gold is concentrated on the lower line, and once the probe is cut, there will be colloidal gold crossing the lower line to the upper line for color development.
